With me off in Burlington, Nick got to run the Spartan Sprint with Natalie this year! It was so funny to listen to Natalie the week before the race... all concerned about having Nick as her running partner. "Mom, Dad doesn't run. What if he can't keep up with me?" Well no worries... they did an amazing job. I was so bummed not to be part of this annual tradition for our family and the community, but so glad they had a good time. Nick says that Natalie took the race very seriously and ran faster than he had ever seen her do. They finished in 8 min. 16 seconds. The debate is still out on who finished first... Nick or Natalie?! Good Job Runners! I can't believe Nick ran in khaki shorts! Devotion- pure and simple. Looks like they had fun...but clearly Natalie came in first!
